Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to "仕事ずかん" (the "Service") operated by CLT合同会社 (the "Company").

1. Information on the Service

The figures on the Service are public statistics and occupational data from the U.S. Department of Labor, the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and JILPT, processed by the Company, together with the Company's own estimates. Projected pay, outlook scores and AI replacement risk are estimates and do not guarantee any future pay or employment.

2. Prohibited conduct

Users must not interfere with the operation of the Service, collect large amounts of data from the Service by automated means, or use the Service to defame others.

3. Disclaimer

The Company does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. Career decisions are your own responsibility.

4. Changes

The Company may change these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on the Service.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
